Counselling
Welcome to our counselling website, where you can find solace, guidance, and support. Our dedicated team of compassionate professionals is here to listen, understand, and help you navigate life’s challenges with empathy and expertise.
- We have a same sex policy – male clients book with male counsellors and female clients with female counsellors.
- R 350 fee per appointment.

Medical Clinic
Welcome to the Clinic at Collage Community Church! We aim to reach those members of our community unable to afford private health care and struggling to access state clinics. The clinic is for primary care and we are therefore not equipped to treat trauma or life-threatening emergencies, or do special investigations like x-rays. At the moment we will be issuing prescriptions, but hope to be able to dispense medication soon. If you need medical care, book your appointment and we’ll gladly assist.

- No Fee.
- Please bring your ID document or your child's birth certificate if the appointment is for your child.
- Schedule an appointment for each person, with only one person per appointment.
- Use the information of the person being examined on the booking form.

Physiotherapy
We offer physiotherapy services to reach members of our community who cannot afford private healthcare and struggle to access state clinics. Our physiotherapy services include assessment, advice, treatment, and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal, respiratory, or neurological conditions.
However, we are not adequately equipped to address developmental problems or advanced pediatric conditions. We can provide recommendations for necessary referrals.

Wellness
Preventive medicine focuses on lifestyle adjustments, risk assessment, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and recommendations of natural supplements based on individual findings.
- The initial consultation involves taking a complete medical history and physical examination. (Consultation takes 1 hour)
- Referral for blood tests is given based on history and patient needs.
(Tests are covered by medical insurance/private payment) - During follow-up visits, blood results are explained, lifestyle adjustments are discussed, and recommendations regarding natural supplements that can promote health are made. (Consultation lasts 35-60 minutes).
- R900 for initial appointment and R450 for follow-up appointment . Consultation fees are used for the funding of the medical clinic.
